Last month, in a rare interview preceding EPIC Radio's return after a six-year hiatus, Eric Prydz made his focus for the year clear: new music.
"Just to let the people that have been waiting know...this year is going to be less on the road and more in the studio, and we have a lot of new releases planned," he shared. "Super excited for it – like super excited."
What the visionary producer promises, he delivers. Since hosting the radio show's first episode back on air – comprised entirely of unreleased material – Prydz has continued to offer fans a peek into his vast vault every two weeks on Insomniac Radio. Soon, those previews will give way to two new double-sided drops under his Pryda and Cirez D aliases.
It will mark his first official Pryda release since 2023's "The Return/Of Me" and his first as Cirez D since 2020's "Valborg/The Raid."
The news follows Prydz's recent appearance at Ultra Miami's main stage alongside Swedish House Mafia – a full-circle moment in dance/electronic music history that reunited him with fellow founding members Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello. In January, Prydz was announced as a headliner of Tomorrowland CORE's U.S. debut in Los Angeles, set to take place at LA State Historic Park from May 2–3, where he will close the CORE Stage on the final day.
