Arcane Music welcomes back Karla Blum with the Ahogar EP, a two-track body of work arriving on 1 May 2026. Unrelenting and precise, the release is an assured return to the imprint.
The EP opens with the title track, "Ahogar" — Spanish for to drown, to suffocate — a driving, propulsive cut that draws on that charged language to build something visceral and hypnotic, locking the floor into a groove that demands full surrender. "The Only One" follows with equal force, pushing the energy to its peak and leaving no room for compromise.
Together, the two tracks distil what Karla Blum does best: techno that is physical, functional, and ruthlessly focused. Berlin-born and raised in the city's techno scene, Karla has played Watergate, Blitz Munich, and the 2024 Rave the Planet Parade, and releases on her own imprint Blum Berlin alongside appearances on labels including Senso Sounds. The Ahogar EP is a release built for the moments that matter most.
