Cyantific is officially back, with a fresh remix of his very own ‘Ghetto Blaster’. In amongst the celebrations of the 20-year anniversary of his 2006 debut LP Ghetto Blaster, as well as 30 years of Hospital, some might say this is a ‘blast’ from the past with a brand new twist!
Instantly captivating, the 2026 Cyantific remix transports you to an alternate cyber universe, where everything feels more in-your-face. A bona fide D&B ambassador, there is a certain sense of sophistication on the record. Paying tribute to the sounds of Y2K whilst incorporating contemporary techniques, the newly unveiled Cyantific remix is a welcome addition to the Hospital30 celebrations.
Breaking through on Hospital Records in the early 2000s, Cyantific went on to win the BBC 1Xtra Best Newcomer DJ award in 2007, going on to man Hospital Mixes 4 (2005) & 6 (2008). With his last release on the imprint being ‘Weapons Cluster’ alongside Danny Byrd in 2010, his return is both highly anticipated, and well-deserved.
