Adam Port and SG Lewis Connect on Breezy Debut Collaboration "Be The One"
Three years in the making, the single raises the question: how hadn’t these two worked together until now?

Year after year, “SG summer” is becoming something of a tradition. While “Back Of My Mind” and other singles from the British multi-hyphenate’s third studio album, Anemoia, set it in motion last year, this time, it arrives courtesy of a collaboration with Adam Port of Keinemusik.
“Be The One” unfurls like a cool ocean breeze rolling across the shore, raising the question: how hadn’t these two worked together until now? Some first-time team-ups don’t spark curiosity about what a sequel could sound like, but this one works so seamlessly that the thought feels natural – inevitable, even. Listen below.
The single was born when Port and Lewis crossed paths in Los Angeles three years ago and headed to the studio between Coachella weekends.
"I have been a fan of Keinemusik long before Adam and I met in 2023,” Lewis shares. “Our mutual appreciation of emotive dance music made for a very natural collaboration process in the studio, and 'Be The One' was a result of wanting to create a song that soundtracks the moment on the dance floor when the sun rises.”
After months of refinement and road testing, the single now lands via Keinemusik.
