140 Stewart Ave's new chapter comes with cherries – and sets from Michael Bibi and Black Coffee.

The former Brooklyn Mirage site will usher in its next era as Pacha New York with Michael Bibi on June 20 and Black Coffee on June 21. Bibi's appearance is his only currently announced U.S. non-festival date, while Black Coffee's marks the sole U.S. stop on his summer schedule, per Billboard. Tickets are available now via Pacha New York's website.

The highly anticipated opening weekend announcement follows Pacha parent company FIVE Holdings' Feb. 3 press release confirming it had entered into a “long-term agreement assuming full operational management of the Brooklyn Mirage and The Great Hall complex.”

The agreement with Axar Capital Management – Avant Gardner’s primary lender – followed months of uncertainty after Avant Gardner filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last August, citing $155.3 million in debt tied in part to a $30 million renovation that failed to pass safety inspections. The deal cemented Pacha’s return to New York for the first time since Pacha NYC closed in 2016 following a decade-long run in Hell’s Kitchen.

Under the new arrangement, the Mirage will operate seasonally as Pacha New York from June through October, mirroring its original summer-season model. The Great Hall will continue year-round “as a multi-genre arena for live acts and next-generation sounds," with upgrades planned.

On April 7, Pacha notified the roughly 30,000 unrefunded Brooklyn Mirage ticket and season pass holders that they would receive the full value of their original tickets as credits for Pacha food, drink, and merchandise, redeemable through Jan. 1, 2029.

“Before we look ahead, we want to speak directly to you, the community that has always been at the heartbeat of New York’s dance culture. We know the last chapter left many of you frustrated. Especially those who held tickets for shows at the Brooklyn Mirage that never happened and were never refunded," Pacha wrote. "While Pacha New York was not involved in these circumstances, we’ve made a conscious decision on making this right for you… We’re offering 100% of your original ticket value as a coupon at Pacha New York."

The total value of these coupons amounts to $3,107,654, according to Billboard.
