Chris Stussy has officially stepped into album territory, unveiling his long-awaited debut album Lost, Found & Forgotten… – a sweeping 19-track statement that captures the full spectrum of his sound.
Out now via his own Up The Stuss imprint, the 19-track project unfolds across three chapters – Lost, Found, and Forgotten – each weaving together as a full-spectrum dive into everything that’s made his sound hit so hard in clubs worldwide. Each section offers a different lens into Stussy’s creative world. There are unreleased ideas finally getting their shine, emotionally-charged collaborations, and deeper, slow-burning cuts for the real heads.
Lost is a reflective yet driving opening chapter where rediscovered ideas are reshaped into emotive, instinct-led cuts that balance momentum with release, while Found bursts forward with color and connection, teeming with expressive melodies and groove-led energy that flows freely. Forgotten wraps things up as a deep, hypnotic closing chapter of simmering, textural tunes that reward patience and reveal their magic over time.
This album has been a long time in the making, and I’m excited to finally share it with you. The process behind it - exchanging ideas with other artists and creating music outside of my comfort zone - has been an incredible experience. It gave me a true sense of freedom, allowing me to not think about boundaries or expectations. I’ve never been more proud of a project than this one. It’s deeply personal, and it represents my sound as a whole. I hope you listen with an open mind and find something in it that resonates with you. - Chris Stussy
The album’s kite motif says it all: free-floating but never losing its anchor, balancing freedom with control as Stussy stretches his sound skyward without ever losing grip on the groove.
