We made BOBA for the club. It’s based around a poem by the Brazilian poet Chacal, and it’s a sweet love poem set in an unlikely context. We’re so excited to release it with Experts Only. We’ve loved watching John’s rise and it feels like the right time to do something together years after Sun Came Up and his Drinkee remix. We’ve always been a bit of a misfit: more live than most djs, but more djs than most live acts. Dance music culture is at the core of what SOFI TUKKER is and it means so much to us so to be putting this out with arguably the hottest dance label in the world
