Enhanced Recordings welcomes back Leena Punks with ‘In The Night’, a driving and atmospheric new single that channels her raw, forward-thinking approach into a refined electronic framework.

Built on pulsing low-end pressure, shadowy textures and hypnotic momentum ‘In The Night’ strikes a powerful balance between late-night tension and club-ready lift. Cinematic synths surge through the arrangement, while 80s-inspired toms and transitional fills inject drama and propulsion, perfect for dark warehouse spaces or festival main stages.

Since emerging in 2020, the Greece-raised, London-based producer has rapidly carved out a distinctive lane across melodic house, techno and breaks. A regular fixture in the Beatport Top 10 - including three Breakbeat Chart No.1s - Leena Punks has earned widespread support from global heavyweights including Armin van Buuren, MEDUZA, Vintage Culture and Gorgon City, alongside consistent acclaim from BBC Radio 1, where she has picked up two ‘Hottest Records’ in six months and multiple specialist show spotlights.

Her rapid ascent has been mirrored on stage. Standout performances at Tomorrowland, Creamfields, fabric and Brooklyn Mirage have cemented her reputation as a commanding live presence. Highlights of 2025 include her own ‘Hestēa’ night at E1 and an Amnesia Ibiza residency alongside Ben Hemsley and Kettama.

In The Night’ was born during ADE in Amsterdam in a session with Pasquale (aka Braev), known for his work with MRAK and Tale of Us. The collaboration quickly sparked into life.

In the Night’ started during ADE in Amsterdam a few months ago in a session with Pasquale, aka Braev. He’s ridiculously fast - we laid down the core idea straight away. I was chasing that proggy 80s feeling: big cinematic synths, 80s-style toms and fills that cut through the transitions and even take over the breakdown. Pasquale had this vocal FX chain happening, and I ended up lifting a piece of that processed vocal as the hook. Then I chopped the tail, sampled it, and played it like a synth riff right before the drop. There’s a subtle nod to Daft Punk and Justice in the texture, and also to that early 2010s neon synthwave moment - the ‘Drive’ world, especially Kavinsky.
