Cinematic builds give way to thunderous low-end and razor-sharp percussion, whilst the commanding vocal elevates the track into euphoric, hands-in-the-air territory. The remix balances raw power with melodic finesse - a nod to both Audien’s Grammy-nominated songwriting legacy and Koven’s signature blend of heaviness and heart.
Koven are the acclaimed UK electronic duo of producer Max Rowat and vocalist/DJ Katie Boyle, known for their emotionally charged, cinematic take on bass music. Blending drum & bass, dubstep, and genre-defying production with powerful vocal storytelling, they’ve carved out a distinctive identity that’s earned them global recognition and a devoted following.
Their journey began in 2014, when Katie joined Max’s project and their creative chemistry quickly flourished. Following their breakthrough debut album ‘Butterfly Effect’, released during the UK’s first lockdown and widely praised for its emotional depth, Koven returned stronger than ever with their 2025 album ‘Moments in Everglow’. The 12-track project marks a new creative pinnacle for the duo, combining soaring orchestration and choir arrangements with their signature intensity. ‘Moments in Everglow’ further elevated Koven’s profile, earning support not only from BBC Radio 1 but also MTV and major electronic tastemakers worldwide. To celebrate the release, they headlined a sold-out show at Outernet London, delivering a fully immersive and visually stunning performance that marked their biggest and most ambitious live show to date.
