Beyond the Horizon: Chrisik Opens New Paths with Vision Fields
With Vision Fields, Chrisik invites listeners to step outside their familiar frame and experience music from a new perspective.
The track is built around the idea of leaving one’s usual “field of vision” to explore a space where dreams, ideas, and emotions can grow freely.
It can be understood as a field of possibilities,” he explains, “a space where vision and dreams manifest.
Rooted in melodic house, the track blends elements of progressive, techno, and ambient music to create a sound that feels both emotional and expansive. Inspired by artists such as Max Cooper and Fejká, Chrisik focuses on atmosphere, clarity, and identity. “What connects all of these artists is a strong sense of identity,” he says. “I want listeners to hear my music and think, ‘This is Chrisik.’”
Much of Vision Fields emerged through experimentation. Certain melodies appeared naturally while working with Pigments and Hive, giving him “goosebumps” and setting the emotional direction of the track. One of the most powerful moments arrives after the break, where the main melody fully unfolds. “That’s exactly the moment I hoped for,” Chrisik shares, describing it as dreamy, uplifting, and immersive.
Despite technical challenges around the kick and sub-bass balance, the final result feels polished and intentional. With Vision Fields, Chrisik takes another confident step forward, crafting a track that balances emotion and energy while inviting listeners to drift, reflect, and follow him into unexplored territory.
