Hailing from the Netherlands, Mees Salomé has been steadily building momentum as a producer, DJ, and founder of the acclaimed Distant platform. Beginning his musical journey at 17, Mees discovered his affinity for instruments including guitar, piano, and drums, before pursuing formal training in Creative Production at Rotterdam’s Codarts Conservatory.
Rejecting traditional constraints, he carved his own path in electronic dance music, releasing on esteemed labels such as Filth on Acid, This Never Happened, and Armada, and remixing tracks for Joris Voorn, Tinlicker, and Röyksopp. His recent remix of Estiva’s ‘No Echoes’ on Colorize further showcased his ability to blend emotive depth with club-ready precision, earning widespread support. Known for his distinct blend of deep melodies and sturdy grooves, Mees has captivated audiences worldwide at events like Hangar Brussels, Loveland, DGTL, Tomorrowland and Pacha Ibiza.
Tyler Mann brings a complementary sensibility to the collaboration, known for his sun-drenched, soulful indie dance sound that fuses Southern roots with California coast vibes. With over 150 million streams, singles like ‘Lost in a Dream’ and ‘Both of Us’, and collaborations with Satin Jackets, Loud Luxury and YUMA. Tyler crafts synth-driven, emotive tracks that explore themes of identity, connection, and reflection on home.
