Slim Soledad is kicking off 2026 with a power move. Fresh off the release of her new single “Mapoas Only” featuring fellow Brazilian force Clementaum, the Headroom Records artist has officially launched a remix competition for the track via LabelRadar, giving producers worldwide a chance to jump into her orbit and rework one of her most charged singles to date.

The timing couldn’t be better. Slim’s debut album Noches Calientes De La Soledad arrives March 20, marking a major step for the São Paulo-raised artist who broke out last year as part of the Beatport Next Class of 2025 and helped amplify Brazil’s queer club ecosystem far beyond its borders. “Mapoas Only” sits in that late-night pocket where Slim thrives, fusing Latin percussion, techno drive, and Clementaum’s ballroom-inflected charisma into something communal, sweaty, and full of sly confidence.

The remix contest offers major label attention, with final selections made by Slim herself. Submissions close soon, so producers looking to tap into Brazil’s high-voltage queer dance moment should not sleep on this one.
