Tomorrowland to Host First-Ever Thailand Edition in December

For the first time in the festival’s history, Tomorrowland is heading to Asia. From December 11 through 13, Tomorrowland Thailand will welcome more than 50,000 people to Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, expanding the brand’s festival portfolio beyond its full-scale festivals in Europe (Tomorrowland Belgium, Tomorrowland Winter) and South America (Tomorrowland Brasil).

Tomorrowland Thailand was born from a partnership between the Thai Government, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), and the operational structure for Tomorrowland Thailand. According to a press release, the location was "chosen over several other Asian destinations," underscoring "its growing influence on the global stage of music, innovation, and experience-driven tourism." The festival is "expected to generate a significant impact on the local and national economy, boosting tourism, hospitality, and creative industries while welcoming festivalgoers from across the globe.”

“Hosting Tomorrowland in Thailand marks an important milestone in our ambition to position the country as a leader in global tourism and creative experiences. We look forward to welcoming people from all over the world to discover the beauty, culture, and hospitality of Thailand,” the Tourism Authority of Thailand stated.

The sprawling, 237-acre site in the Chonburi Province will feature Tomorrowland’s quintessential CORE and Freedom stages (appearing in Asia for the very first time), alongside new stages and experiences created exclusively for Thailand. In preparation for the event’s debut, Tomorrowland’s Belgian organization is collaborating with a dedicated local team to bring the signature Tomorrowland experience to the country. 

Although DreamVille camping will not be offered for Tomorrowland Thailand, accommodations with shuttles will be available when hotel packages go on sale on February 28 (16:00 GMT+7/10:00 CET). The worldwide ticket sale will follow at the same time on March 7, offering four different passes: two three-day options (Full Madness and Full Madness Comfort [VIP] Pass) and two single-day tickets (Day Pass and Comfort [VIP] Pass). 

Ticket pre-registration opens at 16:00 GMT+7/10:00 CET on January 8 and can be done within any Tomorrowland account. Additional details on the festival’s theme and lineup will follow.
