Turno returns to Crucast with a chart-topping three-track Drum & Bass EP
Featuring collaborations with Clarkey, Kay Rico, Azza and Toxinate, Turno’s latest project showcases the full power and personality of his Jump Up sound.
Few artists in modern Drum & Bass command the energy and presence that Turno brings. A leader in the UK’s Jump Up movement and one of the most recognisable names on the Crucast roster, his latest three-track EP demonstrates why he continues to sit at the top of the genre. The release went straight to #1 on the Beatport Drum & Bass release chart and was featured on the Beatport Drum & Bass homepage, marking another milestone in a career defined by both club impact and chart success.
Opening with Light Up The Rave, Turno teams up with Manchester producer Clarkey and rising vocalist Kay Rico for a euphoric, peak-time anthem built around rave-ready synths and heavyweight drops. The follow-up, Dementor, sees him join forces with Azza, one half of the celebrated duo Grima x Azza, delivering darker tones and intricate vocal interplay that nods to Turno’s underground roots. Closing the project, Silence features Bristol producer Toxinate, whose sharp, high-octane style complements Turno’s trademark aggression to create one of the EP’s hardest hitting moments.
