Philipp Jung Reimagines Siopis’ Classic ‘Really Love Ya’ for 2025
Get Physical revisits a beloved anthem with a refined, club-ready reinterpretation

Get Physical Music continues its journey through the label’s history with the release of Philipp Jung’s stunning remix of Siopis’ 2009 underground classic ‘Really Love Ya’. The original, celebrated for its deep, hypnotic rhythm and emotional vocal hook, now finds new life in Jung’s hands — transformed into a rich, groove-driven exploration that seamlessly blends nostalgia with modern energy.
Part of Jung’s ongoing series of reworks drawn from the Get Physical and Kindisch catalogues, the track follows his acclaimed reinterpretations of DJ T.’s ‘Bateria’ and Bruce Leroy’s ‘Liberdade’. In this version, Jung maintains the original’s unmistakable vocal while reimagining the instrumental foundation. Warm piano motifs, crisp percussion, and evolving synth layers bring a new cinematic quality to the mix. The track’s extended break offers a moment of calm before Jung’s trademark melodic tension rises and unfolds into a euphoric finale.
Philipp Jung, co-founder of both Get Physical and Kindisch, remains a key figure in the evolution of electronic music. Best known for his groundbreaking work as part of M.A.N.D.Y., his career spans decades of global touring and iconic productions. His current solo ventures — including Beauty & the Beast, Formerly, and Doormen on Vacation — show an artist still driven by curiosity and creativity.
Greek producer Siopis, known for his deep, emotional productions on Get Physical, Crosstown Rebels, and his own label Mangali, originally released ‘Really Love Ya’ as a raw and soulful club track. Jung’s reinterpretation honors that spirit while updating the sound for today’s dancefloors, merging timeless warmth with forward momentum.
‘Really Love Ya (Philipp Jung Remix)’ stands as both a tribute and an evolution — a reminder of why Get Physical’s classics continue to inspire new generations of producers and listeners.
