SICARIA Channels Resistance Into Power on Transformative 'ANTI NIHILO' EP
Beatport Next artist SICARIA drops a four-track manifesto of bass-heavy rebellion, pushing dubstep, grime, and cinematic energy into a toothsome, soundsystem territory.

London-born, Moroccan-British DJ and producer SICARIA – a standout from the Beatport Next Class of 2025 — has unleashed her boldest statement yet with the release of her new EP ANTI NIHILO, out now via Backshift Sounds.
Following the release of her track “Rhassoul,” featured on Pinch’s iconic Tectonic label for the Tectonic Sound V/A compilation, this EP shows us SICARIA's well-earned place among the UK’s most forward-thinking bass innovators. ANTI NIHILO is a raw, emotional, and defiant body of work that flips nihilism into power – a rallying cry for transformation through sound. Listen below.
Across four cuts, SICARIA moves from the meditative weight of “Balanced Energies” to the grime-fueled nostalgia of “MOVING FWD>>” (featuring Emz), the high-octane rave energy of “Get Twisted,” and the cinematic rebellion of “Be The Glitch.”
Built as a low-end call to arms – ANTI NIHILO is here to blow through speakers as a reminder that resistance, like bass, hits hardest when it’s felt in your chest.
