Thrive Music Announces New Club Heavy Imprint, HOUSE RULES
Thrive Music introduces HOUSE RULES – a new imprint celebrating bold, culture-driven dance music that blurs the line between underground and mainstream.

Thrive Music has taken a noteworthy step in a fresh sonic direction, launching HOUSE RULES RECORDS, a bold new sub-label to map the future landscape of the dance scene in Los Angeles and beyond. The imprint arrives with a debut single from BOLO THE DJ titled “Like a Cholo” – a flaming bass house record that is poised for the dance floor. Although club tracks are a desired focus, HOUSE RULES’ label team states they’re aiming their sights at a broader target:
“It’s about feel, not format. Great dance music doesn’t need to fit inside a formula. HOUSE RULES was built for artists who sit between the underground and the mainstream – records that hit hard in the club but still carry personality and cultural edge.”
Culture will sit at the forefront of the new imprint, as the label will seek to embody the character of nightlife through exploration of the unfiltered. Maximizing their artists, records, and branding, HOUSE RULES celebrates the creative chaos that the community knows and loves.
With an upcoming schedule of releases from Lucas Bahr, Mareels, and many more, keep an eye out for this new name in the game.
