Theo Nasa joins Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT imprint with raw, deep ‘Lifeline’ EP
Out Now on RPM by KNTXT

South London-based DJ, producer, and vocalist Theo Nasa debuts on Charlotte de Witte’s prestigious RPM by KNTXT label with his four-track, off-world techno EP ‘Lifeline’, out now.
Charlotte de Witte says:
“After having invited Theo for some KNTXT events in London [Drumsheds, Printworks] and Amsterdam [ADE], we kept in touch. His style ventures into a type of raw, deep techno that I adore. Proper loopy club stuff. I'm very excited to present his first EP on KNTXT — and who knows what else is on the horizon…”
As well as KNTXT events, Theo Nasa has graced other iconic electronic strongholds including Creamfields, fabric, HÖR, Boiler Room, and more, while his own label Alien Sound Trax showcases his meticulously crafted productions. His sound was founded on the Jungle and D&B of his ‘90s London youth and early ‘00s Grime.
Theo explains:
“For this EP, I wanted to create something that hasn’t been done on the KNTXT label yet. Four tracks with totally different flavours of electronic music, taking inspiration from all walks of my personal lifestyle. There is something for everyone on every track I have made here, plus the attention to detail on all tracks is something that you will instantly gravitate to.”
Track Breakdown
‘Acid Will Never Die’ – A relentless, teeth-fizzing acid-drenched riff drills through fast, rattling percussion, punctuated by random Doppler hoover swoops. Compulsively brain-invading.
‘Attention’ – A futuristic vibe with racing beats, hi-hats galore, and a spoken robotic vocal that creates a dystopian, sci-fi soundscape.
‘XTASE’ – Elasticated pattering percussion with an offset ‘car horn’ FX pattern, later answered by high stabs like robotic gull cries. Mysterious and otherworldly.
‘Lifeline (Dying In The 21st Century)’ – A swift, tapping beat carries an ‘acid piano’ motif while an engaging spoken vocal warns, “all of us are going to die in the 21st century,” offering food for thought while raving.
