WAX MOTIF ENLISTS JUOS & 24HRS FOR DARK CLUB ANTHEM ‘RUN IT UP’
On October 24th, the Australian-born tastemaker teams up with rising producer Juos and Atlanta-based vocalist 24hrs for a heavy-hitting collaboration on his Divided Souls imprint.

On October 24th, Australian-born, Los Angeles-based producer Wax Motif returns to his Divided Souls imprint with “Run It Up” — a dark, heavy-hitting collaboration alongside Juos, one of house music’s most forward-thinking new names. The pair are joined by 24hrs, the Atlanta-based singer, rapper, and songwriter celebrated for his smooth, genre-blending work across hip-hop and R&B. Fusing Wax’s signature bass-house grit, Juos’s polished production sensibilities, and 24hrs’ effortless vocal delivery, “Run It Up” emerges as an addictive late-night weapon tailor-made for festival stages and underground warehouses alike.
Defined by a dynamic bassline and unrelenting energy from start to finish, “Run It Up” blends punchy stabs with 24hrs’ infectious hook — effortlessly bridging the swagger of hip-hop with the power of modern bass-house. Alongside Juos, the single highlights Wax’s continued mission as a collaborator, label boss, and tastemaker, empowering emerging artists through his Divided Souls imprint.
Speaking on the collaboration, Wax shares:
“I’ve known Juos for a long time — his first record was signed to Divided Souls about 3–4 years ago. He sent me a bunch of ideas, and I saw potential in the initial idea for ‘Run It Up’. After reworking it, I sent it over to 24hrs, who I’d been talking about doing a record with, and he jumped on it. It’s really cool to finally have something out with two people I’ve been working with behind the scenes for so long.”
The release follows Wax Motif’s recent single “Gimme That Money,” marking a return to the bass-house sound that first defined his rise. His standout collaborations — including “Push Up” ft. Scruffizer with Kyle Watson, “In My Hands” with Camden Cox, and “Better Recognize” with ZHU — have earned millions of streams and support from Dom Dolla, John Summit, Solomun, Meduza, Chris Lake, and more. Beyond his solo work, Wax’s studio skills have landed production credits for G-Eazy, Gashi, Tinashe, and other major names.
With “Run It Up” out now, Wax Motif continues to prove why he’s one of the most versatile and dynamic forces in dance music today — blurring genre lines and redefining what modern club music can be.
