Tchami’s iconic Confession Label returns just in time for Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) with another stacked edition of its celebrated compilation series, Discothèque Records Vol. 7. Showcasing the global reach and raw energy of the Confession sound, this new chapter unites some of the scene’s most exciting names for a high-octane collection of bass house and tech house weapons built for the club.
Leading the charge is Mike Epsse with “Lowrider,” blending old-school hip hop flair with modern bass house power — a track oozing attitude and mainstage energy. GioMetrik & Mikey Barreneche follow with “Like Me,” featuring hypnotic vocals from Lexsey and a driving groove that builds on the massive momentum of their viral “Percolator” remix. Julian Snijder’s “Last Night” keeps the Amsterdam spirit alive with its minimal yet powerful groove and standout lyric: “the bassline hit and the room, it lit.”
Next, Breaking Beattz delivers “Gucci,” a swaggering tech house anthem dripping with confidence and Brazilian groove. Kiro Prime cranks up the intensity with “No Breaks,” a dark, relentless bass house cut that never lets up, while ToMix brings the funk and future flair on “Bermuda,” blending classic house swing with sharp, modern sound design.
From Germany, Lackmus hits hard with “Like A Bassdrum,” a dirty, thumping bass house banger true to its name. Matsu unleashes “Automatic,” a groove-heavy club weapon loaded with rumbling basslines and crisp percussion. Closing things out, Gapsz transforms Valy Mo & Nessø’s “Free Your Mind” into a hard-hitting, modern bass house remix — the perfect finale to a powerhouse compilation.
From Brazil to Mexico, Germany to Amsterdam, Discothèque Records Vol. 7 proves once again why Confession remains one of the most respected and forward-thinking labels in electronic music — a true hub for artists pushing the boundaries of club culture.
