Breaking into the music world has never been more competitive. Thousands of DJs and producers release tracks every day, but only a few break through. That’s why Beatport created Beatport Next – our flagship accelerator program designed to amplify rising voices and help them be heard on a global stage.

Launched in 2021, Beatport Next has grown into a vital platform for emerging artists, supporting 12 acts every year who represent the future sound of electronic music. The program has helped shape the careers of some of today’s most exciting names – including TSHA, Nia Archives, Bianca Oblivion, Nikki Nair, KILIMANJARO, Azzecca and many more – providing them with visibility, mentorship, and real-world opportunities that fueled their rise. 

In 2025, Beatport Next expanded its range of unique coverage and dedicated support with the launch of a new Beatport Next editorial hub on Beatportal, performance slots at events like IMS Ibiza, Junction 2, and ADE, as well as professionally produced documentary series that shared each of their unique journeys as artists – from the studio to the stage and beyond.

Who We’re Looking For

We want to hear from artists across all genres and all regions of the world. Ideal applicants will have:

• Signed releases on a few labels (or run their own imprint)
• A strong track record as both a DJ and producer
• Music currently available on Beatport
• A busy release schedule for 2026
