Helsloot Delivers a Stunning Remix of M.A.N.D.Y. vs Booka Shade’s Classic ‘Body Language’
Reimagining one of Get Physical’s most iconic tracks, Helsloot balances heritage and modernity in a remix that honors the past while pushing it forward.

Few tracks in electronic music carry the weight and legacy of ‘Body Language’, the groundbreaking 2005 anthem from M.A.N.D.Y. vs Booka Shade. A track that helped define the early sound of Get Physical Music and later lent its name to the label’s long-running compilation series, it remains one of the most enduring house records of its generation.
Nearly two decades later, Dutch producer Helsloot steps in with a brand-new remix as part of his upcoming Body Language Vol. 27 compilation, set for release on November 14, 2025. The remix marks the fourth single in the rollout, offering a fresh interpretation of one of Get Physical’s crown jewels.
Helsloot’s version carefully reframes the iconic bassline, weaving it into a full chord progression surrounded by lush, cinematic layers. Familiar motifs from the original gradually rise to the surface, building tension until the break strips everything back to the legendary bassline on its own — a moment that feels both surprising and celebratory. The result is a respectful yet forward-looking rework that blends nostalgia with Helsloot’s unmistakably melodic style.
For Get Physical, this remix reflects both continuity and progression: a return to the roots of the label’s identity, now seen through the lens of one of today’s most exciting producers. With global recognition from his collaboration with Tinlicker on ‘Because You Move Me’ (over 600 million streams) and his acclaimed debut album Never Tried, Helsloot has proven his ability to craft emotive, finely-tuned club music that resonates worldwide.
As Helsloot himself notes:
“I know this track has been remixed a lot so I said to myself ‘challenge accepted’. My vision was to make a full chord melody out of the iconic bassline that slowly evolves into the original.”
‘Body Language (Helsloot Remix)’ is out now on Get Physical Music — a reimagining that reaffirms the timelessness of a true classic, while offering a bold new take for today’s dancefloors.
