Internationally acclaimed producer Rafael Cerato has joined forces with rising electronic talent Wave Wave to unveil their latest single ‘Sound Vibrate’, released on 1001 Recordings today. Anchored by driving rhythms, layered synth textures, and a tightly engineered groove, ‘Sound Vibrate’ captures the essence of modern club music while maintaining wide crossover appeal, delivering a high-energy, finely tuned production designed for dancefloor impact.
Rafael Cerato, known for his releases on Diynamic, Systematic, and Stil Vor Talent, continues to refine his signature blend of hypnotic melodies and club-ready arrangements. Partnering with Wave Wave, whose crisp sound design and dynamic style have positioned him as one to watch, the collaboration results in a track that balances sophistication with accessibility.
Rafael Cerato: “’Sound Vibrate’ came from an idea between Wave Wave and I before we got to meet in Miami, to create something special before our first ever b2b. This track came naturally because we both knew exactly what to do. I am the beat guy, and he is the lead/melody guy. Everything was fitting perfectly immediately. It means a lot because I have been a big fan of 1001 work since years and I got the award of future of dance best producer in 2024. So I am very proud to be part of their new label and the whole team is very professional and real passionated.”
Wave Wave: “’Sound Vibrate’ was the first track I produced with Rafael, and it really opened my eyes to the direction I want to pursue musically. I had always struggled to find the right balance in my sets – some tracks felt too soft, others a bit too heavy. But this one had everything: it’s super groovy, yet still packed with energy from start to finish. Once we sent it out to a few DJs for feedback and saw how quickly some of them started playing it, we knew we had to finish and release it. It’s amazing to be part of such a respected label from the very beginning. 1001Tracklists is one of the most valuable platforms out there for DJs, and I believe the label will carry that same level of quality and credibility.”
