Seth Troxler and Bill Patrick are picking up the mic with a new purpose: their joint podcast, Flirting With Friendship.

The new video-first, hour-long series kicks off with a special introductory episode featuring the hosts, who swap "the craziest, most embarrassing stories" from their 20-year friendship from Troxler's parents' living room in Ibiza. Their easygoing, free-flowing, no-limits conversation sets an engaging and authentic tone for Flirting With Friendship, conceptualized as a casual platform for candid connection. The podcast, presented and produced by StrataSonic, marks the label's foray into original media, reflecting its vision of "becoming a collaborative creative hub for ideas and innovation."

"Friendships are funny, our life is based on connections. In many ways, those connections determine who we are. At some point, meeting new friends or opening up to existing friends becomes more rare the older you get. Flirting with Friendship is about breaking down that barrier," says Troxler.

Flirting With Friendship's first season will welcome guest appearances from an eclectic set of personalities, including Róisín Murphy, Damian Lazarus, Felipe Pantone, John Acquaviva, Chris Korda, Miranda Makaroff & Pascal Moscheni, George Stavro, Marcello Burlon, and DJ Tennis, among others. In the meantime, you can stream "20 Years of Epic Best Friend Stories" below.

The podcast is complemented by a 20-minute companion segment called "Pill-O-Talk" that will alternate weekly with Flirting With Friendship episodes, with the first Pill-O-Talk installment to come on September 16. Recorded in a more intimate setting (in a clever play on its name), Pill-O-Talk invites listeners to submit voicemails detailing their friendship dilemmas for advice from Troxler and Patrick. The segment extends the pair's humor, insight, and treasure trove of lived experience beyond Flirting With Friendship, offering fans a different, more personal way to connect with them.

"I didn’t really have a choice when it came to doing this show. I was told, 'We’re doing a podcast,' and I blindly went along with it. That’s the kind of trust (or poor judgment) that comes with being friends with someone for a long time. This show isn’t about teaching you how to be a better person. It’s about proving you’re not the only one with questionable life choices and friends who never let you forget them. If nothing else, you’ll get to hear Seth and me roast, annoy, and occasionally appreciate each other in real time. And if you end up liking us? Well, that’s your problem," jokes Patrick.

Flirting With Friendship is now streaming via YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
