Alan Fitzpatrick returns to We Are The Brave with “Emotions” the second release of his new HYBRD series, a project focused on forward-thinking techno built for the future of club culture.
Born out of a desire to reimagine the traditional live experience, Alan Fitzpatrick presents HYBRD, a new concept that sees Fitzpatrick reshaping his back catalogue and debuting unreleased material in real-time. Moving beyond the boundaries of conventional DJ sets, the project blends live performance and studio precision, offering a dynamic, genre-pushing journey through his evolving sound.
The title track, “Emotions”, is a tension-driven peak-time roller that blends thunderous low-end, soaring synth lines, and subtle vocal textures. A powerful mix of brute force and emotional release, it captures the raw energy Fitzpatrick is known for, while showcasing a deeper, more introspective edge.
On the flip, “Sura” hits harder, a relentless techno cut designed for late nights and locked-in dancefloors. Industrial percussion, hypnotic loops, and rising pressure drive the track forward, offering a no-nonsense contrast to the more emotive A-side. Together, the two tracks serve as a clear statement of intent for the HYBRD series.
