Sebastian Wibe Ignites ‘Intergalactic UKG’ With New Single on Heldeep
Danish producer returns with striking track blending UKG and trance.
Sebastian Wibe is picking up the pace, and he’s not holding back! Fresh off the back of his latest releases, ‘drift (burnforyou)’ and his remix of Oliver Heldens’ summer smash ‘Heart Cry’, the Danish prodigy returns to Heldeep with another take on UKG. ‘bullet (right time)’ continues where ‘drift’ ended, showcasing his talents for finding the perfect sonic angle to keep garage house fresh and uplifting!
Sebastian Wibe: ‘’I’m so excited to share the next song in my new sound - a futuristic yet nostalgic combo of UKG and trance that I’ve dubbed Intergalactic UKG. With ‘bullet (right time)’ I wanted to create a song that took you through various inspirations - from the 2000s trance synths to the nostalgic vocals and a heavy garage-inspired middle section. After testing it live and teasing it on social media, it’s become one of my most requested IDs so far. I’m so happy to put this one out as my second solo release with Heldeep Records.’’
Sebastian Wibe teamed up with R3WIRE on last year’s release ‘Main Attraction’ (part of the Heldeep DJ Tools EP), and with his latest release ‘drift (burnforyou) he is starting to become a familiar face on Heldeep Records. This record has been placed in the Beatport UKG / Bassline Top 100 (#41) and has entered the official Danish Dancechart at #14 as the Highest New Entry, voted in by DJs.
drift has been supported by top tier DJs such as Oliver Heldens, Nicky Romero, R3HAB, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Ferry Costen & Bingo Players. He was also named ‘Best New Artist’ at the Danish Club Awards and has made official remixes for artists like Ava Max, Alan Walker, Oliver Heldens & Nile Rodgers.
