Groove Cruise has opened submissions for its latest talent search, offering emerging DJs and producers the chance to join the lineup for Groove Cruise Miami 2026, which sails January 22–26. The contest is aimed at undiscovered artists ready to break beyond the bedroom and showcase their sound to a dedicated global community at sea.

Unlike traditional remix contests, this competition focuses on unsigned original productions. In the first phase, entrants are asked to submit one unreleased track, with a panel of judges curated by Groove Cruise and Beatport narrowing down the shortlist. Finalists will then advance to a second round, where they must deliver a 30-minute DJ mix, combining studio production with live performance skills to prove their readiness for the main stage.

Now entering its third decade, Groove Cruise has grown into one of the most unique experiences in the electronic music world, blending multi-day ocean voyages with lineups that span house, techno, trance, and bass music. Known for championing established artists while spotlighting rising talent, the festival has become a proving ground for new names looking to reach an international audience.

The winner of this year’s contest will not only join the Miami sailing lineup but also secure an official release, international media exposure, and professional tools to aid in their career development.
