Anjunadeep Explorations celebrate their first birthday with the first edition of their annual compilation
Anjunadeep Explorations celebrates its one-year anniversary with the release of Anjunadeep Explorations Vol. 1, the first instalment in a new annual compilation series.
Launched in July 2024, Anjunadeep’s newest imprint has quickly established itself as a home for boundary-pushing sounds across the deep and melodic spectrum — from progressive house and breakbeat to deep house and electronica. In the label’s first year, nearly 40 artists have released music ranging from exciting newcomers to seasoned industry names.
Maty Owl, Parallel Voices, Klangsberg, and LAR have all returned for follow-up EPs, while artists such as Chris Luno, Quivver, MXV, and IPeiqi trace their beginnings to Anjunadeep’s original 25-part Explorations VA series, which helped launch the careers of artists like Ben Böhmer, Rezident, and CRi.
Making their first Anjunadeep appearances of any sort, we had the likes of Keanler Reiny, Mike Griego, artemis orion, and Mike Rish join us.
Anjunadeep Explorations has firmly made its mark through:
- Editorial support in DJ Mag, Mixmag, and Decoded
- A SiriusXM Chill takeover
- Two vinyl samplers
- A debut label showcase at London’s 93 Feet East in April 2025
