Cheat Codes Usher in a Future Renaissance With Star-Studded New Album Celebrating 10 Years of Dance-Pop Domination
Out today, the genre-blending trio mark a decade at the top with their most ambitious project yet, featuring Kenny G, Train, CeeLo Green, LP, Izzy Bizu, and more.

A Star-Powered Album for the Ages
Packed with major guest features, Future Renaissance includes an eclectic lineup of artists: Train, Kenny G, LP, CeeLo Green, Izzy Bizu, salem ilese, Frawley, Öwnboss, Jasmine Thompson, Julia Church, Linney, M-22, and Oaks — showcasing Cheat Codes' ability to blend boundaries between pop, electronic, soul, indie, and house.
“Renaissance means ‘rebirth,’ and I feel like that’s exactly what this album was for us,” shares Trevor Dahl. “We’ve collaborated with artists across every genre—from Dolly Parton to Trippie Redd to The All-American Rejects—so it was refreshing to return to a reimagined version of our original sound.”
From the powerful opening track "Go To Hell" ft. CeeLo Green to the soaring sax grooves of "More Than Anybody" ft. Kenny G and Izzy Bizu, the album is a journey through emotion, genre, and global influence. Tracks like "Bloom" with Train, "Stand By Me", and "Rich Kids" showcase Cheat Codes’ dance-pop brilliance, while "Human" ft. LP and "Lonely Again" ft. Linney add depth and introspection.
“Wrapping up this album feels surreal,” says Kevi Ford. “10 years deep and we’re still pushing boundaries. Future Renaissance is about evolution—mixing nostalgia with innovation. This one feels like our boldest chapter yet.”
A Cinematic Dance-Pop Journey
Crafted like a cinematic arc, the album evolves track by track. From the festival-ready energy of "TYSM" ft. salem ilese and "Towers" ft. Frawley, to the peak club momentum of "Carnival" with Öwnboss, and the moody finale "Modern Tragedy" ft. Julia Church, Future Renaissance spans emotions, tempos, and cultures.
“We live in a hyper-digitized world—constantly distracted and disconnected,” adds Matt Russell. “This album reconnects us to our roots and was inspired by art and architecture that has stood the test of time. The world needs a renaissance of art and culture right now—and this is our take on it.”
10 Years of Global Success
Since forming in 2015, Cheat Codes have tallied 8+ billion global streams, multiple platinum records, and performances on stages such as The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and Good Morning America. Known for past collaborations with Demi Lovato, Dolly Parton, Little Mix, and Icona Pop, the trio continues to innovate, this time pairing their sound with a fantasy-inspired visual world drawn from medieval art and modern futurism.
With recent appearances at Miami Music Week, the EDMA Awards, Academy LA, and Avant Gardner NYC, plus upcoming dates across Europe and North America, Cheat Codes continue to solidify their status as one of the most dynamic forces in the global dance-pop space.
As they close out a full decade of hitmaking, Future Renaissance is a powerful reminder of what makes Cheat Codes a cornerstone of the genre. The album is both a return to their roots and a bold step forward — proof that even after 10 years at the top, the trio is just getting started.
