Two rising names, one explosive result: Matt Guy and Amber Broos joined forces and ‘Can't Contain Us’ is the outcome. This techno-meets-big-room production kicks the door wide open, as British precision meets Belgian firepower in a track that was never meant to stay in the box. It’s the kind of track that doesn’t ask — it breaks through!
Matt Guy:
“I had been a huge fan of Amber’s for some time, watching her rise from afar and loving her clear energy and passion for music. I invited Amber over to play at my XOYO London show and we started working on this record shortly after. I sent over an idea for Amber which she really liked and after a few tweaks back and forth we had ‘Can’t Contain Us’ nailed down!”
Amber Broos:
“After being invited by Matt to play a club in the UK, we got along great. After chatting for a while we both said it would be cool to work on a track together, so that's what we did! The track gives an accessible and energetic feeling to me, I love playing this one in my sets.”
For both Matt Guy and Amber Broos, this marks their debut release on HILOMATIK—the techno label founded by HI-LO, the darker alias of Dutch powerhouse Oliver Heldens.
