Gabriella Bongo On Our Radar

Gabriella Bongo

Gabriella Bongo is one of the most exciting new names in drum & bass right now. Hailing from South London, she’s a self-taught pianist, producer, and DJ who’s been crafting tunes since the age of nine – and it shows. Blending soul-drenched melodies, rich vocals, and heart-on-sleeve storytelling, her sound channels the vibes of Hybrid Minds, Dogger, Rudimental, and Chase & Status, while carving out something totally her own. Since dropping her debut in 2020, she’s earned props from BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, played Hospitality shows across the UK, and just officially signed with Hospital Records earlier this year. Her recent collabs like “Breathe” (feat. TJ & Jo) and “Deep End” with Nu:Tone and Miss LouLou are pure liquid gold – dreamy, emotional, and totally addictive. With a packed release schedule and festival appearances on the horizon, Gabriella Bongo is on a serious rise. Keep your ears locked – she’s just getting started.

Me George Beatportal

Me & George

Paris-based DJ/producer Me & George is making a name for himself by cooking up an infectious blend of house, UKG, techy rollers, and breakbeat that simply screams ENERGY. Since bursting onto the scene in late 2023 with his debut EP George, he’s built noticeable momentum. Backed by tastemakers like Logic1000, Laurence Guy, and Model Man, his tracks have clocked over 8 million streams, while his DJ sets have seen him share the stage with the likes of A-Trak, Sammy Virji, and Y U QT. Whether he's rinsing sweaty basements in Berlin or throwing down in his hometown of Paris, Me & George brings delectable dance floor heat to the decks. In the past year, he’s taken things further with his wUrK it project – a five-part collab series. Each track pairs him with a different artist, some of whom joined him on stage at his Sacré club residency in Paris. The final chapter dropped June 20: “Can’t Get Thru” with Aussie club queen BRUX – a warped, devious weapon that wraps a series we’ve truly loved, and has us keenly focused on what he’ll be bringing us next.

Kiimi Beatportal

Kiimi

Kiimi is making serious waves in the UK club scene – and doing it entirely on their own terms. The London-based producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist blends classical training with a raw, emotional sound that hits hard on the dance floor and in the chest. Their debut tracks Scuba's Hotflush Recordings turned heads (Jamie xx, Jaguar, and Sasha included), and they’ve only gone deeper since – earning co-signs from The Blessed Madonna, HAAi and many more. Their latest release, the Pixie EP, is a powerful, personal tribute to grief and connection, packed with rave nostalgia, sultry vocals, and high-energy breaks. From iconic stages like fabric and Amnesia to major festivals including Glastonbury, Field Day, and DC-10, Kiimi’s dynamic sets blur the lines between the club and the heart. With a sound that’s raw, euphoric, and deeply personal, and an ever-growing list of accolades, Kiimi very well may be (as BBC Radio1's Jack Saunders put it), “the future of electronic music.”

Tsepo Beatportal

Tsepo

Tsepo has been a low-key pillar of Amsterdam’s club scene for years. From legendary residencies at Trouw, Shelter, and De School to marathon sets that stretch past five hours, his DJing is all about deep groove, slow-burn energy, and refined release. He’s built a rep as a selector who really takes you there – whether it’s through his crafty club sets or his wonderfully woven “Realising Stuff” radio shows. With support from heads like Ben UFO, Avalon Emerson, and ANOTR, Tsepo’s sound has quietly earned him immense respect throughout the scene. Now, after some heavy personal setbacks – a breakup and a stolen laptop full of music – he’s bouncing back with one of his most personal releases yet. Out now on Intercept, the two-tracker Magic Bells is a playful and detail driven release. The title track was written alone in a hotel room after heartbreak. At the same time, the b-side “Phantom Fibre” is a tightly polished club weapon that was carefully crafted over 18 months and barely escaped being lost forever. We’re blessed to have it, and so is the dance floor.

Zara Beatportal

Zara

Zara is a rising force in Australia’s experimental club scene, crafting immersive soundscapes that feel as raw and expansive as the landscapes she grew up in. Now based between Melbourne and London, the Aussie-born artist blends IDM, drum & bass, techno, and dub into a sound that’s as hypnotic as it is heady. Whether she’s throwing down at De School, Tresor, or illegal raves in nature back home, Zara brings a deep energy that hits both the body and the brain. After her first club experience dancing at Tresor at age 18, she never looked back and came home to carve out a space for off-kilter electronic music through her Kinesis Records label and community. Her latest collab with dub-techno wiz Command D is a four-track EP titled Gravity Reset on Butter Sessions – a deep, spacious, tripped-out journey packed with polyrhythms and subtle tension. It’s a stellar showing from two of the underground’s most dialed-in minds. Zara’s music moves with a pulsating purpose – it floats, punches, and pulls you in. Meditative and mind-bending all at once.

Babsy Beatportal

Babsy.

California-born DJ and producer Babsy. is bringing a whole new wave of feels to the electronic scene. Blending euphoric beats with real emotional depth, his music hits that sweet spot between dance floor energy and heart-on-sleeve honesty. After racking up millions of streams and going viral with his dreamy remix of Fleetwood Mac’s “Everywhere,” Babsy. has been on fire – landing official remixes for Louis The Child, Madeon, and Ellie Goulding. Following his glowing “Young Again” release on bitbird, Babsy.’s latest single “Gorgeous” is exactly that. Making his debut on Lost In Dreams Records, this euphoric melodic house cut feels like a warm hug for the soul. With spoken word affirmations and silky falsetto, the track is all shuffling percussion, lush pads, and shimmering synths that build with every breath. It’s pure emotional elevation, the kind of tune that lifts you out of your head and into something brighter. If you are looking for big melodic feels, look no further – start bumping some Babsy.

Tina Says Beatportal

Tina Says

The hyped Perth-based DJ and producer Tina Says just dropped her first full body of work, the four-track Synergy EP via October Records. Built on a mix of dark basslines, global grooves, and proper club energy, the four-track project reflects a journey of creative reconnection – and it hits hard. From the rolling rhythms and ear-worm hook of “Sonrise” to the sun-drenched bounce of “Chronos” featuring Shewita, Tina blends emotion and dance floor fire with ease. “Real Life” with Rromarin brings is the artist’s “soft take on club music,” while “Burn” closes it all out with a charming melodic techno fortitude. Already a force in the Aussie scene, Tina’s shared stages with Fisher, Duke Dumont, and Fatboy Slim, smashed sets at Festival X and Now & Again, and built her own killer party series, Body Control, from the ground up. With Synergy, she’s stepping into a new era – and it's one we should all be paying attention to.

Busy Twist Beatportal

Busy Twist

London-born DJ/producer Busy Twist has been deep in the game for over a decade, digging into scenes across Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean – not just sampling sounds, but living them. His music is a wild blend of Afro, Latin, UK bass, and carnival energy, built on real connections and serious respect for the cultures he works with. His new project Busy Life Vol. 1 is a straight-up celebration of those years spent traveling, collaborating, and soaking in rhythms from around the world. It’s stacked with heaters – Ghanaian highlife meets UK bass on “Enye Easy,” Colombian grooves go club mode on “Candela,” and “Body Body” brings pure St. Lucian carnival fire. Every track has a story, and you can feel the energy in every beat. With this record, Busy’s not just dropping bangers – he’s building bridges between people, places, and parties. Global sounds, local vibes, all heart.
