X-Press 2: Top 3 Tracks

At Manumission last Friday night, Beatportal grabbed X-Press 2 before the end of their set to ask them for their top 3 tracks.
Although they’ve charted their own releases, they’re all new mixes and they’ve been dropping them in every set in support of their new ‘greatest hits’ album ‘Raise Your Hands’.

X-Press 2 have just dropped Eric Prydz’ ‘Pjanoo’ and the Manumission crowd is going crazy. The dancefloor is packed and everyone is really going for it.
All of a sudden – as if you’re in Frankie & Benny’s and it’s someone’s birthday – the music cuts out and everything stops for a fraction of a second. Then the pantomime-style music begins and attention is taken away from the DJ booth and onto the show that’s taking place in the opposite direction.

Take an old, abandoned zoo, put a DJ booth in the seal pit, hire some fire-eaters for entertainment, invite some friendly clubbers and you’ve got the perfect Ibizan party.
The Zoo Project, which attracted about 1,500 party animals yesterday, is a must for anyone who loves dancing in the sunshine and is after one of those unique clubbing experiences you can only get in Ibiza.

“I’ve had a really stressful day,” said a tired-looking guy as we arrived at the secret location for Azuli’s beach party in Ibiza yesterday afternoon.
“This party was supposed to be at a different location, but after I’d spent all day setting up the equipment, the police shut it down, so we had to move everything over here instead.”
