#19 in this month's The 20We first heard about Tiga [pictured] and Zombie Nation’s new track from our good friend Zack Rico, who writes Beatportal’s DJ Gossip column. Since then, the duo’s nasty electro weirdness track ‘Lower State of Conciousness’ has become one of the big underground anthems of the summer, with its crazy synth noises and irregular beats and arrangement.
Despite the track’s bizarre nature, it somehow makes total dancefloor sense.
There’s a cool remix from French disco ravers Justice, but the original is even cooler, although a little slower.
This is symphony of analogue synths and it’s forward-thinking too.
