Steve Rachmad discusses his classic ‘Secret Life Of Machines’ album; reissue in June
Josh Wink calls it “deep and sexy atmospheric techno at its finest.” And he’s just one of many who share that sentiment when it comes to Steve Rachmad‘s now-classic techno album The Secret Life Of Machines, which was first released by the Dutch producer under his Sterac moniker nearly 17 years ago.

Dada Life are nothing if not a couple of pranksters. If the Swedish duo isn’t inciting riots at their own shows, they’re making production plugins like the Sausage Fattener, or releasing videos like this one for their new single, ”Rolling Stones T-Shirt.”

Watch the video for Trentemøller’s “My Dreams”
So you’re saying you missed both Trentemøller‘s live tour of the United States last year, and the limited-edition 7-inch record that he released on Record Store Day in April covering The Gun Club’s ”My Dreams”? Well, fret no more. The Danish producer has released the song digitally on Beatport, backed with a (semi-)acoustic version, plus another cover—this one of Chris Isaak’s ”Blue Hotel.

San Francisco’s Dave Aju, a house producer whose name is synonymous with France’s Circus Company label, is about to release his new album, Heirlooms, mere days from now. His second LP is constructed of samples from his dad’s record collection, and it comes a solid four years after his debut full-length for Circus Company, Open Wide, another concept record based around making sounds solely with his mouth.
