Established in 2005, the West Michigan based label 6ONE6 serves as platform for the catalog, release, and promotion of soulful urban electronic music. In slight contrast, 6ONE6 sub-label DEFREC, provides an alternate platform for the release and promotion of electronic music, across a moderately broader dynamic. 6ONE6 is a small independent label group, striving for excellence through artistic freedom, expression and professionalism. Launched in 2006, DEFREC serves as a platform from which a broader range of electronic music is released. Sub-label of Michigan’s 6ONE6 phenom, DEFREC is dedicated to true, deep and dark underground techno.
