At 13 years, with 2 turntables set up in his room and the headphones on his head the magic is born.
The musical adventure begins!

One day he crosses the Basque-Spanish border, where he realizes that the music that he’s used to playing within the private space of his studio is greatly appreciated by the Spanish public. The event makes him more aware of his artistic direction and he fully delves into minimal.
Mike presents his first demo to the Salla Pagoa (Spain), and his following performances are met with great success.
The acclaimed productions and the sets he plays open doors to the Spanish club scene, among which Salla Play, Rachding, or Sonar-off.
These experiences further confirm his passion and strengthen his determination. Throughout the years these beats have resounded in his mind; the time has come to give them their ultimate release.
Taking the natural step, Mike Dest turns to composition.

Mike Dest nacio en el sur de Francia en 1974
Describir a un artista es nunca una cosa simple.
¡Si quiere que Mike Dest os habla de el, darle un ordénador, combinarle a los platos
y dejaros transportar… os va contar una historia! su numerado perfeccionista
da a su sesion una dimencion surrealista
El personaje,
a los 5 Años tocaba la guitara de su madre hasta romper las cuerdas,
a los 7 Años empezaba a poner vinilo 45T en su tocadisco
resultado a los 13,en su habitacion 2 platos a correa,el casco sobre las orejas…
la majia se hace sola!!!
la aventura musical puede comenzar !!!!
una noche pasa la frontéra en direccion de españa......
y se da cuenta que los espagnoles le gusta la misma musica que el,la minimal!!
y se lanca a 100% en esta direccion artistica.
Mike da entonces su demo a la salla Pagoa (Oiartzun.esp) y se producirá con succés .
su sesiones le abren las puertas de salas espagñolas Tal como la sala Play
(hernani),Rachdingue,Sonar-Off ( bcn)
su experiencia confirma su Pasión y su déterminacion !!
durente todos esos años los sonidos electronicos suena dentro de su cabeza,
el momento a venido,necesitan expresarse !!!
Mike Dest se pone a la composicion .
