Welcome to Spintwist Records.

Spintwist Records is located in the town Ludwigslust, right in the middle of the vibrant psychedelic trance scene of northern germany, and runs by Hannes Klitta, one of the strongest ambassadors for the progressive psychedelic sound with the projects Vaishiyas and Sync.

After years of releasing music on labels like Flow, Plusquam, Sinn Tec, Magma, AP, Yellow Sunshine Explosion and even a full length album on Jum Jam Records, Hannes decided to start his own label in the end of 2005, and so Spintwist Records was born.

The first release on the label was the compilation “Spindrive Volume 1”, which was put on the market in December 2005, and in the following 12 months the label has put not less than 7 other releases on the market - first and foremost is the 4 artist-albums till now, from Kularis, Aerospace and of course Sync and Vaishiyas, but also 3 other compilations followed - from the 2nd chapter in the “Spindrive” compilation series and the official “:In:Deep:An:Dance: Festival” compilation, to the “Audiophile” compiled by Audiomatic - releases containing artist like Aerospace, Symphonix, Vibrasphere, Perfect Stranger, Liquid Soul, Kularis, Visua, Audiomatic, Vaishiyas and Sync.

Spintwist Records is all about releasing high quality dancefloor music - open for different styles and approaches in music, but generally with a focus for the progressive open air & club sound.
