Prolifica Recordings proudly announce “Zigano” released on beatport!!!

The label behind such seminal releases as Stylophonic, Josh One and Loose Headz returns after several years outta the limelight with this sleeper from last summer that since has become a key ingredient in sets for Paul Oakenfold, Ricky Montanari and Dave Lambert. As to ‘Zigano’ it’s quality tech-house that matches swinging basslines with dubbed out beats, funky instrumentation complete with violins and an equally off-the-wall vocal workout. There’s little to choice between the mixes, but for me the Original version that fuses dirty funk with Balearic house harks back to a bygone era of originality and experimentation all too missing in many of today’s releases.
