Xlr8r names Best Music Technology of 2007
27 December, 2007 | 10.10AM- Section: Music News
More ‘Best of’ lists: this time Xlr8r mag has produced a list of what it thinks is the Best Music Technology of 2007.
Topping the list is production suite Ableton Live 6, not Live 7.
For some reason Xlr8r reckoned Live 6 was better than Live 7, or maybe they didn’t count Live 7 as a 2007 release as it was only released a few weeks ago.
Native Instruments will be disappointed to see that their Traktor Scratch got dissed in favour of Serato Scratch as the best DVS system (Digital Vinyl System).
Bias Peak Pro also got a mention for its audio editing capabilities.
Beatportal also compiled a 2007 Technology Top 10 recently, check it out here.
