This urban pop band of music lovers brings back to light the most funky vibes of the last decades, wrapping them in a modern nudisco package. ‘And We Danced’ is an amazing single ready to do some chart damage. The incredible vocals lift up the spirits while the groovy beats guide the hips into a never ending love story with the dance floor.
And to top it off, ‘Saleem Razvi’ and ‘David Mel’ were kind enough to remix this disco anthem in their own style, completing a masterpiece release.

BIO:

Xequtifz (read as executives) is a urban pop band, walking on the thin line between acoustic and electronic nudisco and dance music. We aim to be the best live performing party band around. Our repertoire includes the best disco and dance hits from the last decades as long as they groove and funk. All arrangements are being refreshed in order to achieve a modern and housy nu disco sound giving us the possibility to entertain all post disco generations.

“Walking Away” is band’s third single released in June 2011 after “And We Danced (Bil je ples)” and “Anywhere with you (Daleč Stran)” released in 2010 and 2009.

The band has been established by Andrej and Matjaž Fajfar as a project in order to throw a live music party for friends in spring 2006. The party succeeded and since then the band is being regularly booked for events and parties in Slovenia and Croatia.
