To celebrate this year’s World Cup, we’ve found the most football-obsessed DJs in electronic music and asked them to “represent” their home countries and share their predictions for this year’s championship.

Will Australia bounce back after their drubbing at the hands of the Germans? These two seem to think so. Waving the Australian flag from the top of Ayer’s Rock, it’s progressive/electro house faves TV Rock.

Personal bias aside, who do you think will really emerge as champions this
year?



I have a feeling the the English may finally get their wish!



And how well do you think your national team will perform and what
players should we be watching out for?



I really hope that the Socceroos do really well. They have a great spirit—hopefully they can progress through the first stage and make it as far as they did in the last world cup. Look out for Timmy
Cahill, Harry Kewell, Lucas Neill and Josh Kennedy.

What has been your favourite World Cup so far?


2002: I was traveling through Europe and was in France for the final… such an amazing energy!

What would be your ideal track for your team’s World Cup Song this year?

TV Rock feat. Rudy, ‘In the Air’… haha.

And finally, where will you be watching the tournament this year?

I will be in Europe touring, so wherever there is a screen!!
