It’s always a thrill to stumble upon a gem on the eternal quest for the sickest tracks, and this housey stomper fits the bill for all things gem-worthy.

We can check off our list of ‘bomb’ prerequisites—all signs are ‘go’ for dancefloor chaos.

Moving the house sound forward, Jon Gracius takes a fresh alternative to the vocal-led cuts of yore while also maintaining a subtle layer of soulfulness that hearkens back to the old school traditions in ‘Give Up’.

With a looped, siren-like female vocal signaling a call to arms quietly in the background, sexy spoken word settles atop a fat electro bassline in what will surely be a track echoing across dancefloors all over Miami this week.

Little information can be found about the Netherlands’ Mr. Jon Gracius, except that he’s got releases out on Playelectra and British Airbus imprints and knows how to turn out one hell of a dancefloor monster.

So we’ll just let his music speak for itself and let the rhythm move you with this solid, four-to-the-floor, ass-shaking joint.
