“Where Do We Go From Here?” - the answer by Stephan Panev

One of the most interesting Bulgarian producers - Stephan Panev [a] - is now back with his new album. The record is called “Where Do We Go From Here?” and will be released on November 26th this year for Hole [l]. This is probably the best release date for a dark, nostalgic and somewhat sad record which would fit perfectly your rainy Sunday afternoons. It includes eleven tracks that walk you through the album’s peculiar atmosphere. Everything starts with the first track called “Slow Motion Suicide” that builds an ambient introduction for an electronic album which will take you from Tech-House and Minimal to Dubstep & Electronica in just 50 minutes. The dancefloor highlights of the album are tracks like “Aileron”, “Mishii” (already supported by DJs like DJ T.), “You Can Lose Yourself This Night” and “Papillon” which are surrounded with warmer and more experimental tracks like “Lemur”, “Everybody Lies” & “What Makes You”. The final track is called “The Longest Fall” and brings the ambient sound from the beginning once again.

The album is build around the typical for Stephan Panev [a] deep electronic melodies and groovy beats but also live recorded instruments like guitar, violins and piano, which are expressing the emotions hidden behind the album in the best possible way. Before the official release date Hole [l] had released several 2-minutes video clips in websites like YouTube which presented the sound of the project and also the concept behind the name “Where Do We Go From Here?”. Thanks to that the album received warm welcome from all over the world and also a huge support by the best Bulgarian producers like KiNK, Cooh (aka Balkansky) & The Bulgarian. It will be released both digitally and physically. You can find “Where Do We Go From Here?” in Beatport.com but also on several other websites. Physical releases will be available for ordering at Stephan Panev’s MySpace and personal website.
