Vadim Lankov & Frunk29 - Flippi / Granii
18 November, 2009 | 10.53PMFrom Indeks music with love introduces a new magnificent musical creation «Vadim Lankov
& Frunk29
- Flippi/Granii». Brand new release that keeps the line of rough techno and minimal sounds. Includes remixes from Mostklik
, Joint
and military remix from Antoine Caesar
.
The original mix of Flippi is a Atmospheric tech house flavored with hard industrial hitting sounds that seem to be teasing the listener and provoking him. Incredible creaking and howling synths with metallic tone add urgency to the rhythm. Light and at the same time catchy track. Remix by Frunk29 is a game of beat and bass, as they dance with each other their intricate minimalistic dance. This composition can be described in few words: very minimalistic and clicky. Antoine Caesar remix he improved original by using his favourite method «add more bass everywhere». Soft flippi turned into cruel bass mess with crazy synths flying around and keeping the techno movement alive. Going to the last one of the production remixers Mostklik. This mix is definatly is inspiring dance bomb. Mostklik tryed to avoid simillarities with the original and he added his own special feeling of the track. Gated, reverbered synths. Inspired by Detroit techno rhythm and incredible wavy bassline reminds of old UK garage grooves.
And of course meet our second hero Mr. Frunk29 with final part of the package. He brings us more atmosphere, more stories, more feelings and harmonically extends the release just to the mark of so hot, so its gonna blow! Yes he does this with some special movements (who knows, maybe forbidden), but you really should experience all three version of Granii original, Vadim Lankov Remix and Joint Remix. Both remixers go for an interesting trip while building their interpretations, and if Vadim Lankov slews original idea through the atmosphere of incomparable Barcelona (or bordering regions), with all its delicate traditions and peculiar features of local inhabitants, so Joint goes to motherland of minimalistic landscapes Germany, slightly spicing the result with some distinctive Latino sauce. Anyway all authors demonstrate good taste and complete the story so logically, so you will wonder how could they achieve such a great result without divine interference?
That is Indeks, Ladies and gentlemen.
