UNKLE’s new controversial video and tour dates

James Lavelle’s UNKLE [a] are back with a new single, a new album and a new global tour. The dance band are again causing a stir; this time with a controversial video for ‘Burn My Shadow’, the first single to be released from their new album ‘War Stories’ (out in July).

UNKLE enlisted film director Miguel Sapachnik (who previously has worked on Trainspotting, A Life Less Ordinary and The Dreamer) and actor Goran Visjnic from ER for their five-minute video, which is more like a short film.

Already the video has been banned by some TV stations over its controversial storyline, which is based around a man with a bomb on his chest.
