There’s no denying this is the hottest thing to come out of the Soulheat crew to date, One of the most awaited house tune played at the WMC’ 07 finally sees the light of day : with “So Fine”, U-Ness delivers here a slicy soulfull-jazzy-house tune as it’s best and in a time when house music is mainly covers and samples it’s just simply good to hear music like this.
“So Fine” was heavily hammered at the Miami Conference ‘07 by Chicago house top female dj LADY D one of just a few women record label owners/A&R in the world. Her label D’lectable (where “so fine” was initally signed for a 12 release) is known as the hottest label to emerge from Chicago in recent history with names such as Jamie Principle, Glenn Underground, Mark Grant, Ron Carroll, E-Smoove, Stacy Kidd and many more.
the strong package including usual JedSet remixes but also Chicago based Deemah (D’lectable) and a storming progressive remix from Des Mitchell and talented UK producer Christian Davies. Des Mitchell who had in 2000 a huge hit ‘ Welcome To The Dance’ entered the UK Charts at No 5, Pete Tong had made it his essential selection on Radio 1 and it had gained massive support from DJs such as Seb Fontaine, Sonique, Carl Cox, Dave Pearce, Paul Van Dyk and Paul Oakenfold.
“So Fine” is an addictive track that you’ll get in your head and grow on you after the first listen, Get the windows down, sun roof off and enjoy!
