After a string of strong releases this year Trendy Mullet have waited until the summer party season to unleash their strongest to date.

Due to drop first only at Beatport on 20th July, Iranzo Lasia’s Near My Land has all the elements to be a massive crossover hit. It fuses a looped Balearic guitar, rolling percusion, horns and Spanish vocals to create a slice of the summer. It is already getting plays from various big dj’s across the electronic music spectrum and shows no sign of stopping as we enter the peak of the Ibiza party season.

As Trendy Mullet contiue to push for new ground in 2009, release number 11 sees our strongest release to date thanks to young up and comming Spanish techno starlet IRANZO LASIA. To date you can find Iranzo’s tracks on esteemed labels such as Frequenza and Sound Division. Having just spent a year living in the worlds techno capital Berlin, Iranzo makes his debut on Trendy Mullet with a Balearic tech house number thats sure to rock many outdoor parties this summer.

On hand to remix is Welshman TOM ELLIS who has been rocking dancefloors all over the globe with his unique blend of wobbly jackin minimal beats. He has had a string of massive releases on labels like; Highgrade, Fortified, Floppy Funk, Hartchef Discos and his own Trimsound imprint.  His remix here showcases his slightly left field of house sound with twisted piano samples, jackin minimal beats and a huge bassline.
