London’s LD has been mastering records for some of the scene’s most influential producers down at the infamous Transition studios, and it is through his experiences of listening to some of the finest crafted dubstep sounds around that he has now managed to perfect his own unique style.

His previous recordings with Kode 9 had leaned towards the funkier sounds coming out of urban London with ‘2 Bad’ bringing the tempo right down and reaching out to the house crowd.

This latest Hyperdub plate is a lush rounded, crisp sounding track that emanates warmth and doesn’t forget the ever pleasing buzz bass which glows from underneath the whole track.

LD’s mastering experience shows heavily on this track, with immaculate attention to detail and a refined production style that pinpoints Hyperdub’s position as a leader within the scene and LD as a face to watch in 2009.
