New DJ equipment can sometimes be a bit confusing, and new software can be a positive nightmare to set up.

That’s why Native Instruments has launched a new DVD series to help users get to grips with their popular DJ application Traktor.

Like a high-tech user manual, the Traktor Tutorial DVD unlocks the power of their DJ software program through video tutorials, artist interviews, and interactive video workshops.

The eight chapters cover all aspects of the digital DJ system, from setting up, cueing tracks, looping and effects, advanced DJing, and remixing.

German techno DJ Chris Liebing, who is a massive fan of Traktor, even shares his tips with viewers on the DVD.

The four hour DVD is out June 2007, and is expected to cost around $44 US / €39 / £25.
