Dennis Ferrer has to be one of the best producers in house music, for his productions are always tight, musically exciting and dancefloor friendly.

Now he kick starts the new year with an amazing house record that combines the current jazzy influences of deep house, with pumping tech house beats.

‘A Black Man In Space’ is a fantastic title and description for the record, because the song is a delicate balance between light and dark.

And it’s that contrast that makes it so appealing.

It’s a set-changing record, one that can take the listener or clubber from a dark, isotropic landscape to a fun, funky existence.

It’s the Sax Mix that is making my blood boil, its joyful, jazzy saxophone dances above dark, progressive-like pads whilst the house beats kick underneath.

Simply massive.
